225 FEST
Started in 2023, 225 Fest is a festival created to celebrate Baton
Rouge’s culture. Set in downtown Baton Rouge, 225 Fest is free
for all and has something for everyone. In 2023, over 14k people
came to enjoy food, music, and all kinds of activities. In 2024, 225
Fest was held on February 25th with multiple live performances,
museum tours, panels, and over 100 vendors. The LSU Museum of
Art had a painting activity, the fest had an Art walk, and the Baton
Rouge Library brought its Library Bus.
