Minorities in Sports Next at LSU is a program aiming to promote diversity, equity, and
inclusion within the sports industry. This organization’s mission is to foster a supportive environment for aspiring sports professionals, connecting and providing resources for underrepresented groups in athletics. Through events, panels, and workshops, our members gain insight
into various careers in sports business and management. This initiative emphasizes the importance of diverse representation and equal access to opportunities, cultivating the next generation of leaders. By nurturing an inclusive environment, Minorities in Sports Next works to ensure
